What do I really do?

Cruise Sales is not as easy or as straight forward as many people might think.

I don't do this:

I don't have time to do this:

I barely even have time for this:

I need to have a lot of this:

And I have to have a mind like this:

That's because we're here to advise you. If you don't know what sort of cruise is going to suit you, ask us! We're the "experts" - we've probably not been on as many cruises as the majority of our customers but just talking to people all day every day who do know and have been, we can't help but pick up helpful advice and tips - which we can then pass on to you.

If you want first-hand advice from our regular cruisers, why not take a tour of our forums for real-person answers to real-person questions?

But our job doesn't just stop there... we have to make sure once you're booked, you're booked on what you actually wanted in the cabin you actually wanted with the dinner sitting and everything else - and it's our job to make sure you know if you need visas or to book flights, hotels or transfers for you too.

We are constantly on the computer, we stay on top of cruising news and developments - so you don't have to. Every cabin booked takes around 15 minutes to complete on the system so it's invoiced correctly. A group booking of ten cabins can take over two hours to administer!

So next time you wonder why we've not got back to you so quickly, please remmeber - it's not that we don't want to, it's just that we're all really busy.

Thanks for listening :-)
